You can enjoy our Nicuzzu oil to dress your everyday meal but if you want to bring a little piece of Sicily to your table, we recommend using it to 'cunzare' bread. The 'cunzato' bread is one of our most popular culinary traditions and is very easy to prepare! All you need is some warm, freshly baked bread to season (cunzare in sicilian dialect) with salt, oregano, pepper, anchovy fillets in oil, sliced tomato, primo-sale cheese (if you have it) and, of course, our oil! Simple, quick and delicious, great as an aperitif for your guests. It reminds us of the quick summer lunches, back from the sea, that Nonna Adele makes for us on hot August days.
